It's BACK!

Here is an installment of Wordy Wednesday! Have you missed it? I've missed writing it, so here you are with a dose of vocab words!


I love the word etymology. It's a gorgeous word that is fun to say. The meaning is one I hold very dear.

A word I hate is deform. It's such a nasty word. You hear it and cringe, any word that brings about that kind of reaction is not a good word.

I love the word Poignant. It's fun to say and the meaning is pretty neat.

I dedicate this week's installment of Wordy Wednesday to Gabrielle. She challenged me to find a word I love and hate that rhymed. I'll admit I kinda cheated by going to one of those rhyming web sites. I found a word I loved and then put it in the web site and they gave me words that rhymed. So without further adieu here is Wordy Wednesday!

I love the word actuate! Not only is it fun to say, but I love the meaning.

The word I hate is Invariably. People never use it right and it just sounds so stupid! There is a person I dislike quite a bit who uses it CONSTANTLY! Like it makes him sound smart or something. Invariably it makes sound like an idiot!!

I absolutely adore the word Onomatopoeia. The meaning is awesome and it's super fun to say!

I hate the word Lumpy. Just saying it is gross. Have you ever had anything where it was good that it was lumpy? A mattress? NO. Food? NO. People? NO. You get the idea so I'll stop there.
